Site identity

East Tucson Roof Guide is an independent information and quote-request service. It is not a roofing contractor and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee roofing work. The site does not claim a physical office, contractor license, roofing crew, or provider identity.

Information collected

When you use the site, we may record page visits, a random browser-session identifier, landing page, referral source, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, timestamps, form interactions, user-agent, selected request headers, and coarse country or region when the hosting platform supplies it. We do not store the visitor IP address in the traffic event record. Requests are classified as likely human, verified or likely automated, or unknown using server-side technical signals; the classification includes a confidence level and may be imperfect. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, phone and/or email, property ZIP and type, project need, urgency, known issue, description, contact preference, and consent record that you provide.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the inquiry service, detect duplicates, determine whether a property is in the current service area, review and measure demand, troubleshoot the site, and—when appropriate—connect a request with a participating roofing provider.

Sharing

Inquiry details may be shared with one or more participating roofing service providers that appear able to serve the property area. Providers are independent. They decide whether to respond and are responsible for their own licensing, representations, estimates, privacy practices, and work. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

Retention and security

Inquiry and event data are stored in a hosted database with access limited to site operations and authorized reporting. The target retention period for raw traffic events is 90 days; automated deletion is not yet active in this V0, so enforcement remains an operational task. Contact details should be removed or de-identified after 12 months unless an active request, dispute, fraud-prevention need, or legal obligation requires longer retention. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the roofing form. Browser or device settings may limit storage used for session attribution. To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this site, use the privacy-request form below. Contact information entered there is used to review and respond to that request.

Children

This service is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
